Who is Eligible to Receive Hospice
Hospice services are available for patients of any race, religion, age, or illness. Patients eligible for hospice have a life expectancy of 6 months or less.

An individual must be certified as terminally ill to be eligible for hospice care. We accept private, Medicare, and state-funded insurance coverage for hospice care. No one will be denied hospice care or billed out of pocket by Pillars Hospice Care.

It is not used as a last resort but rather as a way for patients to spend quality time with their loved ones before they pass. It is meant to be a time for reflection and meaning.
Where hospice care is provided
Hospice care and services are delivered to the patient in their home, a family member's home, an assisted living center, a group home, or wherever the patient lives.
